Love the bowls, use them daily, but arrived broken

I already had a set of four of the pasta bowls and use them daily; I decided to order more. Giving a 2 star because the item arrived broken and was not packaged securely to alleviate potential breakage. Macy's provided a refund, but I'm hesitant to order again in case they arrive broken again. I'm hoping to find the product in store to purchase; however, I haven't been successful in finding them where we live.
