thank you very much. My picture frame arrived safe and nicely boxed in Lenox package. thank you for prompt delivery. I wish the other parts of my order would arrive sooner, as i intended it for a birthday gift on sunday, june 14th. thank you.

Wiping frame with a soft cloth will ruin it.

I took it to a jewelry store to be engraved. The jeweler wipe it with a soft cloth and it scratched. He bought another one from somewhere else and engraved it for me.
