not what it use to be

i've been using these glasses for many years now. they changed the glass. it use to have a heavy thick bottom. now the bottom is thin and light. it feels cheap. not the quality is was before. disappointing.

Reduction in quality

I purchased these same glasses a year ago and needed to purchase more of them. I’m disappointed by the quality this time around. The original set feels weighted and I received compliments on them. The new set is much lighter and feels flimsy. For comparison the first set averages higher than 1lb each and the glass base is .75” thick. The new set are all approximately 9.5oz in weight each, and the base is only .5” thick. Whether or not these are durable and will last remains to be seen. It’s quite disappointing that they really don’t match.

Not the same as before

Lenox should be ashamed of the quality of these glasses. I have older ones that are tuscany highballs and the glass on the bottom is thick and heavy. These are cheap and light. Disappointed by the quality of the newer model. Do not recommend. Find another brand. Macys should update the picture because it is not accurate for this model anymore.
