Macy's shipped the wrong product.

Macy's shipped the wrong product. So my review is for Macy's, not the glasses. Disappointing.

Shattered glasses!!! So much for Christmas gift!

I ordered two sets of these as Christmas presents (we own the same glasses and love them)! The boxes were shipped inside a cardboard box with zero protection around the individual wine glasses. The moment I picked up the shipping box from our porch, all I could hear was shattered glass inside. SO DISAPPOINTING! I now see many other reviewers with the same issue. Do better, Lenox! These were shipped from the manufacturer directly, according to the label. 2 stars because I love the glasses, but not if they are broken in a million pieces. :(

No way on time

Ordered wine glasses on Nov.30 said they would arrive 5-6 business days it’s been 6 days and still processing .May need to change your shipping time line ,especially the order by Dec.21 and receive by Christmas Day.

Lenox wine glasses made in China vs Slovakia

The Lenox "crystal" wine glasses that I ordered were meant to replace and match the existing wine glasses from Lenox I already have. What I was sent was made in china "crystal" vs made in Slovakia quality crystal. The weight, shape, and quality of "crystal" didn't match at all. I realize this isn't Macy's fault, but better labeling on your website would be much appreciated and would have avoided my return and this review. Signed a frustrated shopper.
