Damaged Item
So my package was delivered via a car and a half opened box. One glass was broken another chipped. I got on Macy's website and realized my only option is a return. I can not find one way of contacting any associate from the store to inquire. Absolutely no way to talk to anyone. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cute but no longer stack
I like the glasses but if you're looking for glassware that stacks ... this is not it. They topple over and absolutely do not stack. We've already chipped two from them tipping over.

I replaced some older glasses that the dishwasher had sort of etched. No problems so far. They are stackable and we’ve dropped them and they didn’t break. So far excellent for the price.

Arrived delayed and broken
It arrived after 17 days and we just opened the package to find out it’s broken. The sender wrap the glasses with a thin layer of wrapping material. No bubble wrap! No wonder UPS delivery is going to break it. After I ordered, I saw all the reviews about receiving the glasses broken but I’ve already placed the order and it was too late to cancel.
