Christmas Greetings dishes

I have a full set of Christmas Greetings dinnerware including 12 dinner plates. I needed some more salad bowls. I love this set and the birds on the pieces. I use it all year long. It’s so pretty.

Great Product, Great Service, Arrived Broken

My wife and I have seen this dinnerware in person many times and have several serving pieces. We love everything about it; the pattern, the colors including the Lenox white background, the design of individual pieces, and the manufacturing quality. We ordered two sets of service for 4 from Macy's to have service for 8. The order was delivered very promptly to our home. I would rate this part of the purchase, including the product, ease of ordering and delivery time, as five stars. Unfortunately, both sets arrived with broken pieces. We were very disappointed. I tried to exchange both sets at Macy's, but there were none available on-line or in stores. Macy's customer service agents were very nice while trying to work out a solution but without any sets being available, could only refund the purchase price to my credit card. These unfortunate circumstances are why I gave this purchase a three-star rating overall.
