Great dishes but packing not so good.
Great Christmas dishes. 5 stars on the product. The only reason for the 4 star review was the inadequate packing that the shipper did which caused damage to some pieces. Items were loose in the box with very little bubble wrap to protect them. Found it very difficult to find a number or online chat to contact Macy’s to resolve the issue. I eventually found a link to a support chat. Although I had requested replacement of the set, I received emails that the set had been credited and needed to re order another. Still waiting for the replacement that I ordered.

Extremely disappointed in Lenox & the product
I am a long time fan of Lenox and have been a collector of the Winter Greetings line. Past purchases were delightful and well cherished. This platter is extremely disappointing and I will never use it along side other Winter Greetings pieces. The red color is poor taste and does not match the original deep red color. It is poorly designed and does not have the creative details of past pieces. The lining is red in contrast to the gold color for other items. The red contour line fades in some parts. It is extremely heavy when empty. It looks cheap as if it was purchased at a discount store. Lenox: you are diluting your brand and erasing millions of dollars in brand equity by going cheap on this product. Call it something else, but don’t call it Winter Greetings. You are diminishing the product line by calling it the same. I will be returning it.

Super pretty
I love the Winter Greeting pattern. I am proud to have it on my holiday table and love to see the faces of friends when I give the platter as a gift. Who doesn't love a cardinal especially if they have lost a loved one. I will continue to buy and give Winter Greeting pieces.

This pattern gives a brightness to our table. I've had this pattern for years and it's such a joy to put out every year. I get a new piece every year to add to my collection.

Platter is great; shipping was shoddy
The platter is very nice and a good addition to our Winter Greetings collection. It was a miracle it arrived unbroken. The platter arrived in a shipping box at least three times too large for the item. It was poorly packed with bubble wrap, plastic air cushions, and butcher block paper. There wasn't nearly enough packing material volume to keep the box rigid, so it was folded in on all sides. The plastic adhesive tape had so little adhesive that it was easy to pull the box tabs apart to look inside. Buy the platter, but double-check its condition upon arrival.
