Good quality but runs small. Size up.

I’m normally a small and even fell within the sizing guidelines for a small. HOWEVER, if you’re buying as a post op garment, factor in your procedure. I had a mini fat transfer to the butt and so the difference between my waist, measurement and hip measurement, due to postoperative swelling, is significant. I could get it on over my hips (a post op 39”) but it was a struggle. And then to get the hooks fastened, I knew it was too much stress. Legs were fine. But a post op garment shouldn’t be painful to wear. Snug. But not uncomfortable. So I’m returning the small and ordering the medium. Don’t second-guess it and don’t obsess on the size. Postoperative sizing is not the same as regular sizing. I have to remind myself! No shame in going up one size.

Whoever created this shaper is a genius and I love it. It tucked in everything, fits me so well and I would definitely buy one again.

Could be better

Everything was perfect except the top. The straps just don't go with it, if only they could keep the bottom and make the top like the full body one, with higher back and thicker straps… it would be PERFECT! Must go back straps are very uncomfortable and doesn't hold back fat
