Messy store and poor customer service
I went to Macy's in Terra Linda right after it opened, it was a mess from previous day cloths not stack and just not appealing. I saw a couple of employees wandering around not acknowledging myself. So I started to look for my size on my own, the sign said 501's but not my size. So I walked over and disturbed the lady at the counter, and she looked in computer and it said there was 3 pairs. So we went and looked, and I found them nearby, only 1 pair lady said hmm other 2 pairs must be in dressing room. I do like the 501 stretch jeans.

Feel like a kid again shrink to fit 501’s
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to find shrink to fit 501s just like when I was a kid I used them most of my life and as I got older, I lost my way but now I’m back. It’s like it’s the same on me all over again, thank you for still having this model thank you!!!

Great but the smell....
The jeans fit very well and I would give them a five star rating but there is an overwhelming chemical smell that won't go away, that I have read is from formaldehyde.
