Wrong item

I ordered Tan like in the picture and I received black color with fur on the top. Very disappointed. I will return this.

Shoe size

Maybe my error, but when I was looking at product, it posted S-M-L-XL, but could not find size of slipper for each like 10-12. Ordered a L, and it show to be 9-10 , just a bit on the short side for me. I am 11, but it will do for now.
