I liked it at first, but after 3-4 washes with cold water, it discolored and now looks very cheap

Cute but wrong size sent 3 TIMES.

Three times I have tried to order the 27 Short. They have sent me 27 Reg. My favorite pair were 27 Short and I have tried to get them again and have even talked to customer service reps. Please, can you let us know that they are simply out of stock? Isn't that how it's always been? Tried to include photo's as proof but files were too large and I have already spent too much time and energy on this ordeal. 5'3 and 120 lbs and the shorts were my fave. No one needs all of this frustration. If an item is out of stock, it doesn't mean you keep sending the wrong one. Wow, I can't believe I'm leaving this a review at Macys... So disappointed.
