Selling used clothes is diabolical

This dress arrived used, very wrinkled, and smelly. I think I got the dress someone else se rback 21 says ago. This is u acceptable and there should be a warning and option to receive used clothing. May as well go to Goodwill store. It's going right back tomorrow!

Excellent piece

Love this piece. I would note that it is a bit narrow in the shoulders but it is actually long enough in the sleeves which is a rare find for me.

Cute but disappointed in customer service

The dress is very cute but unfortunately I wasn’t able to wear it because Macy’s sent the wrong size. I called and informed them of the error and customer service ensured me the proper size would arrive within 2 business days. When I hadn’t received the dress, I followed up with customer service to be informed the size wasn’t available and my money would be refunded. I expressed to the representative that I needed the dress for an event and all I received was an apology after two errors on Macy’s end. I was deeply disappointed in my customer service experience especially since the dress was so cute and perfect for the event.

Arrived used

I ordered this dress online and it arrived today .. used! Macy’s is so bad at quality control. I often receive used items when I order online and have to return. Cute dress but I did not want a used dress. Will be returning.
