Not vibrant in colors

I puchased this online because of the great advertisement and price drop. The colors are not bright & vibrant as pictured.

Other occasion to buy:I will never buy from Macy's again. I made 2 seperate purchases that both included a free throw pillow. I received both items, but neither of them came with the throw pillow. When I contacted customer service, the lady was absolutely no help.
