Broken product delivered, not intalled

I just received my new microwave and it showed up with a broken power cord/plug. The installers took one look at it, said it was unsafe, and refused to install it – which I completely understand. I paid for a new appliance and installation, but instead I’m left with a useless microwave sitting in my kitchen and have to wait for a replacement or repair. This should have been checked before it left the warehouse. Very poor quality control and a huge inconvenience. I expected much better.

Not bad except for touchpad

We did not know that the touch pad does not light up at all. Except for the clock. It's very hard to see in the evenings and early mornings without having to turn on the overhead kitchen light. If it had the backlit display for the touchpad, this would have been a five-star review.

Do not buy

Do NOT buy, have called twice since we purchased this as it has no suction, doesn't take the steam away at all, fan is also very loud. Just doesn't do what its supposed to do. Almost as much as the microwave cost for someone to even come look at it.

Did not last!

THE CONTROLS ARE NOT ILLUMINATED!!!

We were really disappointed with one specific problem that became immediately obvious the first day after installing this microwave. THE CONTROLS ARE NOT ILLUMINATED!!! This is not a problem when all the kitchen lights are turned on, but we find it extremely difficult to see the control panel buttons when the kitchen is only partially illuminated. Other than that problem, the microwave works very well. It's just hard to make the microwave work correctly when you cannot see the controls. Users have submitted many pictures of their installed microwaves. In none of those pictures can you see the controls that are located on the front of the microwaves. I would not buy this microwave again, nor would I recommend this microwave. We are very disappointed and we are considering return of this microwave.

Micro wave

I have had my air fryer micro wave a little over a year. I have never got the air fryer to work correctly and the bottom of my door has melted!!!! It's a over the stove microwave!! I am sooooo unhappy I will NEVER buy a LG anything any more!
