Cane Seat Great

Will make further adjustments for my height - but this has proven to be a great purchase since I can't stand for long periods.

Let me explain

Received the item. It was in good excellent shape. However, the size is not what I expected and I want to return it. The Macy’s app says to contact seller. I completed that task 3 days ago, and I haven’t heard from anyone. The clock is ticking. If I take it to a Macy’s store, they will not return and tell me to contact the seller. I went to the seller’s website. There is no contact phone number or email available. Macy’s should be doing business with companies who drop the ball when it comes to returns. I’m stuck with something that I do t want. 😖😖😖
