Sent me stained blouse

When I received the blouse and tried it on, I looked in the mirror and was shocked to see two stains on it. The quality of the blouse itself is good, and the material seems nice, but unfortunately it was sent to me with stains on it. This was disappointing because I expected the item to arrive in clean condition.
