I wanted to love this dress, and I really like it, but I personally needed to do some WORK underneath to make it look just right. Overall, the material feels very nice and lays well once on. A few things to know if you're considering this dress: Off the shoulder look: The model in the photo shows the dress being fully off the shoulder, but it sits somewhere in between where a normal crew neck and truly off the shoulder neckline would be. Material/fit: if you have even an ounce of curve or areas you don't like clothing clinging to, you'll need to wear a slip (if that sort of clingyness bothers you). The material feels really nice and thick, but by consequence it's heavy and sits on "problem areas." In the photo here (dress size XL), I'm wearing some intense shape wear and TWO slips (the slips are to hide where you can see the shape wear seams), but I think I'll need to put on a third or find a thicker one. I'm glad I went with the size that fits me best in the hips, however I do feel like the top is a little too loose on me. For anyone with a smaller top and larger bottom, definitely size up and go with your hip/butt measurement.

Wonderful dress
Wonderful dress, excellent quality. It hugs my body in all the right places. It runs a little larger, I usually need Large and on some shirts extra Large from Lilysilk, but this dress fits perfect in Medium.

Exactly what I expected
I’m in love! I ordered size up ( I was on the borderline of measurement showed on the website) and I’m extremely happy. I’m 5.5, 123lbs and ordered size M and it fit just perfect! I think it runs little small ( depending if you like more tight or relaxed style) . Quality is superb, nice and on the heavier weight what makes it very flattering. The dress follows body movement and I feel like queen wearing it. You can easily dress it up or down. Excellent piece of wardrobe!

Timeless and flattering
I am 2 months postpartum and wore this dress to a rehearsal dinner. It was extremely flattering. The material is thick and well made. I’m planning on purchasing it in white as well because I’ve been so please with the black. 10/10 recommend

Beautiful dress, beautiful fit!
Gorgeous, soft material. Skimmed over my figure beautifully and was incredibly comfortable. I really enjoyed that the off the shoulder cut was so well done I never needed to pull it up or fidget with it. I’m usually a size 6 but smaller on top, the Small fit perfectly

Loved it
Very comfortable and elegant. True to size. Im 5"3 170 lb and the L fit very well. It's not see through, but make sure you were the right underwear.
