Sized smaller than other by the same brand

Love this sleepwear but it is not true to size. I have this in another color in small, but this one is definitely smaller.

The Linea Daniella is pretty and material feels good. However, when washed in cold water it fades. I also didn't like how the strapes work for putting it on.
