This is such a fun creative toy. Both my 5 and 2 year old love it. My 2 year old likes to lay it down to stick the pegs in as the board tends to slide some. When playing this way it turns the light off sometimes. My 5 year old likes to make designs and loves the diffrent light choices. I put the pegs in a bowl to keep them from rolling away. We have only played a handful of times and the rubber facets for the back board are starting to not close all the way. Still better than the old school lite Brite we had as kids.

We love our lite brite!!! We did buy some Christmas pictures to go on it, because that’s what my kids wanted, but it has been so good to my 4 year old, who is very hard on it. The lights are great, i don’t feel like I have to hover over him, it’s super safe and fun for him!

I was excited to try the Lite-Brite it was one of my favorite toys from when I was little. Overall this was great, my kids had fun trying their own designs and popping the paper with the designs provided. The one complaint I have so the stand that holds the Lite-Brite up isn't super sturdy for little hands that might push a little hard. Overall I love it.

Good: Love that it is battery operated. Has 3 light up options that blink or stay on during play, but also has an auto turn off. Kids really loved creating designs and were happy to know they didn’t necessarily need to use the enclosed templates. Not so good: The canvas area is not as large as the original you may remember. The stand is flimsy so it doesn’t stay up when pushing in the pins, making it easier to use the toy while it is flat on the floor instead (see photo). The power button turns off and on when bumped or putting it back into the box. Despite these few design flaws, it keeps our littles entertained.

I love when classics from my childhood are still a hit with my child! As my daughter said, " turns out mom actually had cool toys as a kid!" Great size for travel, can entertain for hours. Have a creative little one at home? This is perfect to have on hand! Great tutorials and instructions. Easy to assemble. Two thumbs up!

I was so happy that I could share this toy with my son because I used to love it when I was his age. He absolutely loved it. He didn’t understand at the beginning how to use it, but once he did his imagination blossom with it, which brought me so much joy

As a little girl, I had a Lite-Brite that I loved playing with, and letting my imagination run wild creating a picture with the light-up pegs was incredibly fun. So it feels so gratifying to see my grandson having such a great playtime with his classic Lite-Brite. This is a toy that can never go out of style; it captures kids' imaginations.

Fun childhood memories shared
Brings back childhood memories to share with my kids. The batteries allow it to be portable. An usb power slot would be a nice addition for stationary use. Plenty of colored pegs to make the included designs or your own creative one. LED lights are bright and help conserve battery. Both kids 4 & 6 enjoy playing with this.
