Long wait time on delivery

Product is probably fine however I ordered this through Macy’s on December 6 and it should have arrived within 3 to 6 days. I called as it had never arrived and they told me I could pick it up in December 23. In the meantime I ordered it last night at Walmart, for fear the other may not arrive and the one from Walmart was on my doorstep early this morning. I can’t even return the item to Macys yet because I still have not even received it however it is asking for a rating on my service.
