good value and very comfortable

no issues, sounds great and comfy- battery life is great. mic sounds good but more compressed than a standalone microphone. but you aren’t buying this for mic quality lol

Did not Fix the issue

Disconnects microphone from computer after 2 hours, even on full charge. Sound gets scratchy. Disconnects audio and mic when 10 feet away. Usage: work and meetings.

Nearly Perfect Upgrade

A nearly perfect upgrade, only reason I do not give this 5 stars is because the ear paddings seem to be smaller than the regular Pro wired that I had before. By this I mean the padding between the actual ear piece and my head.

Doesn’t work when streaming

For some reason the mic refuses to pick up anything when attempting to stream on any platform, which is my main reason for purchasing this headset. Needless to say I am more than displeased and have tried everything to fix including settings, basic troubleshooting, and even as far as using different headset to try and figure out the problem. This headset is the problem and I wish I went elsewhere for my purchase.
