Wrong size & color; Macy’s refused to help

Manufacturer sent the wrong size and wrong color. I tried calling Macy’s customer service and was told the hold time was 1 hour 44 minutes. I then tried contacting Macy’s customer support through the chat feature and was told that Macy’s had no confirmation the package was delivered to me and refused to do anything to help me or correct mistake.

Flattering and Elegant.

Got this in 16w. I really don’t have hips and a tiny bit apple shaped so this really flatters. It fits great. I got it in that (tomato) red. And I didn’t think I’d like the color but it is very elegant. Now I’m glad I didn’t go for black or navy. So what I like is neckline is just right. Not too low but just low enough and the dress design it gives me a nice figure.

Love!

I got this dress in navy for a wedding and loved it. It could not have fit any better. It was simple and elegant, but had some interest with the twist and flounce at the bottom. I dressed it up with gold jewelry and wore Spanx underneath and it fit smoothly. Fabric was not thin or too thick and it had some stretch so it moved with me.
