arrived broken

Arrived with a broken ear clasp and got frustrated trying to ask the ai rep questions. guess i'll have to take it to a store to hopefully exchange for an unbroken one.

Color off

Earring not quite same color as pictured and not as light weight as I hoped. It looked like petals were flat and thin but they are not. They’re actually like gemstones and so bit heavy and lighter than pictured. Picture gave me an autumn vibe but colors in person actually gave me a spring vibe. I almost Kept despite unexpected colors, but too heavy on my ears than i find comfortable. I’m returning them
