Feels good when puffy, hot & after daily face care

Keep refrigerated in a ziplock baggie so they can be used in an instant. Wash & dry thoroughly after each usage . Place back in ziplock and refrigerate. Good for after washing face and moisturizing as well as after a quick splash of water to rinse off a hot face to help cool off after a workout or just to cool down on a hot day.
