Receiving items

I never received it. I have had a problem for the first time this year w/Macy's. I have already called customer service on another order that was missing a piece, and then I ordered this on Thanksgiving night and just received it a day ago and missing item and the other item that came with it, one was broken. I'm not sure what is going on but it taking a long time to arrive and missing or damaged items.
