Never received

I picked up my package on June 2, 2025. Opened box and it only had one item, no facial roller. Very disappointed. Want my money back.

Different color and packaging

Hi, I just have a quick question, the second time I ordered this product it came in a different color and in a small pouch bag instead of a packaging. I am happy with it but wanted to ask if it is the same product that I ordered because there is no instructions or needle sizes on the packaging. Thank you!
