Sheds like crazy

I wore this for the first time today, and I am going to see if I can return it. While the sweater fits well, is extremely soft and I received compliments, I will not wear it again. It shed everywhere!!! When I walked tufts of fabric flew off the sweater. The fabric shed on my mesh chair at work and shed into my long hair, no lie. When I came home and removed it, it had shed onto the top of my pants, my bra and kind of funny but I had to use a washcloth to get scads of shedding off of my armpits. There was also a fine layer of shedding on my arms. I have never had this happen with a chenille fabric before. It was also on the inside of my winter coat. Bizarre, although my coworkers got a kick out of it.

Soft, warm and cozy - I love it!

I am a larger woman - between a 2x and 3x. I bought the 3x and it is closer to a 2x size. I am a sucker for a soft deep colored tunic type sweater and I love it madly. The blue is a beautiful midnight shade of dark navy. The one little thing I may do is thread a ribbon through the knit weave at each wrist because the wrist openings are a touch wide for my personal taste - but that is an easy fix that would allow me to tie them tighter. This one is a definite keeper.
