Shirt stunk of pesticides

The shirt stunk of pesticides. I tried to wash it, but it wouldn't come out. These pesticides are absorbed by the skin and should not be used for this purpose. The pesticide itself (which I won't name, but if someone in Macy's wants to know what it is, I am happy to provide information), says that it should not come in contact with skin.
