Waistband Sizing Seems Off

I usually wear a 27, but decided to go for a size 28 on these jeans since they are high rise and I don't like a tight waistband up higher. Well, the 28 BARELY FIT me around the waist, and felt more like a 26, though the rest of the jeans fit as I would expect a 28 to fit, being a little loose on me. Am keeping them anyway, because I had them hemmed a little shorter, but now I don't know whether I should size up even more with the high rise fit or if the tightness of the waistband was just an anomaly for this pair. Otherwise, I think these jeans are great.

They don’t sit below the bellybutton. Sits very high, not happy, returning

Very Wide Hem

These jeans fit well, however, the hems are so wide they look ridiculous. The description says flare, yet they are very, very wide bell bottoms like the original ones in the 1970’s. Great if you’re going for a vintage look, or to a Halloween costume party, but not really suitable for everyday wear. Sadly, I did return them for a straighter hem style.

Lucky Brand did it again!

The jeans are very stylish and fit great. I love the braided belt around the waist. They fit perfectly in all the right places and are very comfortable. They look great with boots, tennis shoes or sandals. I'm sure heels will look good too!!
