this gua sha is the size of a hand and sturdy enough for deep massages. I love the simple packaging and the look of the gua sha. does not have any weird smell. works well on any body part.

5 months agoA larger tool to assist with myofascial release
I usually prefer jade gua sha tools, but the M3 Naturals version surprised me. It’s made of plastic, so it doesn’t feel as luxe, which is why I gave it 4 stars. That said, it’s lightweight, easy to grip, and the larger surface area makes it great for covering more skin quickly. I love gua sha to help with myofascial release

This product is phenomenal. I didn't have high hopes for it. Since it's made of a cheap plastic. The edge of mine even has a chip in it from manufacturing, which is not great. However, it gets the job done. Use it with a body safe oil. I use Castor oil, especially for my legs. I even flip it over and use the round part on my stomach works like a dream. I use it 4 to 5 times a week. Consistency is key no more than 10 minutes. You don't need to push down hard or you will bruise? I did the first time I tried it, but when you start looking up how to use these tools, it's highly recommended

I recently got the M3 Naturals Body Gua Sha and I’m really impressed with the quality. The tool itself feels sturdy, smooth, and easy to hold thanks to the handle cutout. I’ve been using it for lymphatic drainage and muscle tension, and it definitely helps with circulation and leaves me feeling less tight. It’s also surprisingly relaxing to use after a workout or before bed. Overall, a great self-care tool to add to my routine. The packaging was good. There is no scent.

Love using this after lotion, glides smooth across skin. Fits the contour better on my legs but can make it work for my arms, and the center makes for an easy grip while using. Easy to be clean/sanitize.

This tool is HUGE! Much bigger than anticipated. I actually find it too big for me. It is hard to maneuver around the curves of the face. Other than that it’s thick and durable and will last years. I do wish it had an instruction sheet or even a couple images on the box of steps for how to use on face. You are kind of on your own for researching best practices.

Not worth it
I really wanted to like this body wash tool, but unfortunately it did not work well for me. It feels too harsh on the skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. After using it a few times, my skin felt irritated and uncomfortable, not soft like I expected. It also doesn’t lather well with body wash, so I ended up using more product than usual. The handle feels cheap and slippery when wet, which makes it hard to use in the shower.
