the brush is not soft and hard. Unfortunately whether I can get my refund will depend on the Mac store unfortunately.

Why you changed mac 168 brush to 168 S? Because i don't know how to use this brush now, i bought and I'm really disappointed , the shape and structure is completely changed.

I've had this brush for 10 years now and it is hands down my favorite blush brush I've used! I have other ones but only use this one! It has kept its shape all these years

Not what I expected at all, it's flimsy, thin and bends when your applying product. People are saying the goat hair one is much better. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with this brush. Hair failing every time I use it, never happen with other mac brushes that I've had for years. If you hesitate to buy it, please don't waste your money.

I've been using it for 3 years now. It works just as new. If never had hair falling nor any damage. It applies the contours/bronzers/blushes/powders so well on skin and it's perfect for all skins types
