Melted Lipstick

I received the item, but it was melted, I have no use for it. I specifically told them to deliver it to my back porch. My front porch has direct heat, it has happened numerous times. I have ordered a lot of things from Macy's, and I am a great customer. I will stop ordering from Macy's if my directions are not followed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
