Macys sent the wrong shade 3 times

I attempted to purchase the "Sparkd" shade of this eye shadow stick 3 different times, and Macy's sent me the "Subliminal Spark" shade all 3 times. Now they want me to print return labels and go to a UPS store to return them for their repeated mistakes. I like the eye shadow stick, but I would purchase them elsewhere if you'd like to receive the correct shade.
