Been using for years
This is my most purchased item at MACYS. I’ve probably been buying it for over 15 years. I’m so happy I found it and so glad they’re still selling it. It fills in my sparse eyebrows and looks so natural i always get compliments on my eyebrows. I’ve got the technique down, I line the bottom with a light line first as the foundation, then use light strokes to fill in above the line where my eyebrow hair is. I do feel like an artist doing this so if you’re not skilled I don’t recommend this product for you. The only thing I don’t like is that they have a brush at the end now on every stick and although convenient I would prefer more product than getting a brush on the tip. Adding the brush on the tip reduced the amount of product inside of the stick, and the price went up too so we’re getting less product but paying more. I try to stock up whenever I can catch it on sale, then I don’t have to shop for it all the time. About 2 or 3 pencils lasts me the year. No good alternative yet.

I really had high hopes for this MAC eyebrow pencil. They were immediately dashed. I tried to start the application onto my eyebrows, and it did nothing. I then pushed harder and it hurt without applying any color at all. Terrible product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Broken & Empty
Mine came empty and broken. 😭😭 never in my life have I seen such a great brand quality fail. Can’t even say if it was good or not. It was however good and empty.

Not impressed
I prefer the regular wood pencil, the pencil is small and felt hard. it felt like it was taking for ever to put on. However I do like the brush part, it did it's job yet it was soft. But, I don't think I'll purchase this again.
Replaced/Discontinued
The old styler worked better. I brought the new one and it did not last two days. The new one broke every time I tried to use it. it is a smaller fine point then the last version. I am highly upset because this was the only pencil I used that worked best for me, now I have to go searching all over again for a new eyebrow pencil. I hate when companies make upgrades, always following a trend...
