Crumbled on arrival

There were no packing materials around the pallette. So it arrived broken and crumbled. I returned it.

Good value

Mac Shadows are the best for staying power, for color you expect. This does not disappoint. The case is pretty even though it is plastic. I am happy with the purchase. I am older so how shadows go on and stay on are important to me. These fit the bill. The purple color is darker in person thankfully lol.

Love...

I've gotten two of this palette and love it so much, I'm getting two extra back-ups. The shades are wonderful and all work well together. The top middle shade is actually a cream, and the most beautiful smoky amethyst shade with extremely fine and subtle sparkle. Very easy to work with and it looks great with the light orchid pink powder shade just below it. The powders are silky with zero fallout. There's a champagne cream shade that can highlight under the brow bone and inner eye corner, a dark cool brown shade that can be used as eyeliner with a very fine thin brush, and two perfect crease shades to create depth. This is one of the nicest MAC eyeshadow sets I've ever had. Finally something for the cool-toned!
