The shipping department is still asleep

This is the 3rd purchase in the last few months that arrived with no to minimal packaging and the products were damaged and/or scratched. I knew when I picked this box off my front step and heard the clanging inside, the shipping department was back at it. There was 1 piece of bubble wrap around the sides only, a small piece of cardboard that was just laying in the box and the lid of the kettle was upside down and resting on the side of the kettle. Both were scratched and are going back. The tea kettle itself was beautiful and of good quality which made the whole thing even more disappointing.
