A Keepsake for Any Age.

Other occasion to buy:No help picking up my purchase

No customer service in Charlotte South Park

I ordered and waited several weeks before it was delivered to the store. I was out of town and called customer service to extend holding date to pick up when I return. They said they could not help and had to call the local store. Call three straight days either no answer after repeatedly calling and in one case the department asked me to wait and left the ohone off the hook for 15 minutes without acknowledging me. South Park Charlotte store.
