Finale sale. No wonder!

I would have given this a minus rating if there was that option. The item was not as pictured. Lettering was so small you couldn't read the words, but worse than that, it was tarnished. I got taken on this one. Usually, items that are on sale are of good quality. This was far from it. I'll be sure to read the fine print and never order a final sale item again

Necklace gold plate over silver

If I could give zero stars I would. Sorry, but true. When necklace arrived & I opened it the clasp was completely tarnished and there was tarnished section on one of the words on the necklace. Not what I would have ever bought at MACY'S or even at a discount Store. Bought on sale, not ever thinking the product would be this bad, especially since NO Return on it. Words Faith, Love, Believe, Blessed

Worst Necklace EVER. Trash!!!

The necklace arrived completely tarnished. Don’t waste your money and time as if this looks terrible without even being worn, I can’t imagine how it will be after wearing it. Now to get my money back I have to bring it to Macy's or UPS. Unbelievable. This is total trash!!!!

Badly Tarnished Upon Receipt

Received necklace and it was so badly tarnished it looked black rather than hold. How could you sell something like this. I returned it instantly.
