SO DISAPPOINTED

I ordered and received this tote bag in March. I didn't use it until this morning. Within 30 minutes, the stitching came apart! And of course, it's too late to return. 😕 I'm so disappointed. I had a special connection to Marshall Field's.

I never received my bag or a refund. Customer service claimed my order number didn't exist and I did not receive a refund!

Fantastic Fields Tote

Adorable, well-made bigger tote that makes me smile each time I use it. I grew up shopping at Marshall Fields stores and love the iconic green color and design. A great gift for Chicagoans who loved Fields!

Nice but no thank

When I saw this bag, I have to have it. Very nostalgic. However overall the quality is horrible. Just wasn’t a good fit for me. The corners of the bag would scratch my arm due to it being very stiff. Had to return it. I really wanted to like it.
