Nice preseasoned pan.

I really like this pan. I gave it 4 stars because I’d like to see the lift handle made larger. It’s a bit difficult for me to grasp with potholders os glove mitt.

Horrid Handle Design

The pan itself works very well and as expected from a French made cast iron pan. It has been used very frequently for 7 months and no issues with the interior and exterior. Avoid putting in dishwasher. What I have to complain about is the handle. It needs a redisign, it's flat, not ergonomic, and slippery. Holding a heavy pan like this with such a bad handle is ripe for a disaster. Go back to the drawing board with a better handle design. I can't recommend it because of that.

Always on my stovetop

It’s beautiful, functional, easy to clean, and the perfect size. It moves easily from burner to oven. Nothing sticks. No rivets to clean. I’ve used it daily for omelettes, steak, fish, one pot meals and I’ve retired my non stick pans. I bought it in Marigold. So pretty and utilitarian.

Not happy

I dont know about these skillets. Everything i put in it immediately sticks really bad. I was hoping the enameled surface was going to help with that so I could get away from the high dollar Hexclads that I invested in and then found out they lied about the pfoas. Not happy with mine.
