Great Skillet -- good size

Awesome cookware

I love my new enameled cast iron skillet. Ive been trying to perfect my cornbread recipe so it would have a crispy bottom. Who new I just needed the right cookware. I will definitely be adding more pieces!

Not ideal for cast iron expectations.

I thought this would be a great addition to my cookware. I like the other Made In products, but this pan could never perform like my Lodge Cast iron pan…literally, everything sticks to the pan. At least with seasoned cast iron you have a shot of it becoming relatively non stick. It looks nice in the drawer.

Excellent pan!

I have been cooking for more than 40 years. I love cooking with cast iron and never thought I’d change until I ordered this pan. The heating is much more evenly distributed. Don’t get me wrong I still love cast iron but this has been my prime cooking vessel on my induction cooktop. I recently removed my gas. Much better heat control too this pan is great on both. I can’t get over the quality! It isn’t light so for the elderly, I get a smaller size if you’re looking to get one.
