I will preface this by saying I’m a huge down comforter snob. it has to have that crisp, cool feel with a heaviness of the down. I got an alternative down for my sons bed due to allergies, however this feels NOTHING like a down comforter. It looks and feels like a cheap comforter that comes with a “bed in a bag” set. Definitely returning.

wish I would’ve read reviews 1st
100% buyers remorse on this purchase. after first wash I noticed all strings and a small tear very disappointed although I got the item on sale I thought it was t would be better quality

COTTON Rich comforter is 60% COTTON 40% POLYESTER!
Very disappointed! This COTTON Rich Down Alternative 525 thread count comforter is 60% COTTON 40% POLYESTER!!! Already opened it and put it on my bed then I saw the 60/40 tag! For the price I was expecting A VERY NICE COTTON comforter! I read all the reviews as well! Since I opened it I tried contacting the chat line. I was disconnected twice...was told I was being transferred to a team to help me and nobody ever appeared on chat to help me. I am very DISAPPOINTED WITH MACY'S!

This comforter is nice and cozy. I would say it is little thin compared to some the real down comforter that I have.

Super soft and high quality!
I am so happy that I tried this comforter! I live in Chicago and the season literally changed in a heartbeat from fall to serious winter and this comforter was broken out of its plastic bag and VOILA! It has been a godsend and lifesaver. It is super warm and comfortable without the itchiness and SHIFTING of down feather comforters. GET ONE!

Wonderful Down Alternative Comforter
I love this comforter! I recently purchased this for my guest bedroom, and it surpassed all my expectations. I live in Texas, so with the extreme temperatures, it was important that I had an all seasons comforter. One that would be warm enough for the winters/frigid AC at times, but also breathable during warmer periods. I find that down alternative comforters hold their shape much better, and the price point is more reasonable. This comforter was just as softer and plush as my other down comforters I've owned in the past. I like the quilting shape which not only keeps the stuffing in the right place, but also provides a beautiful pattern with a lustrous shine. The fabric is soft and inviting. I covered mine with a duvet, but you could really use it without it provided you were careful not to spill anything that may stain. My favorite feature of this comforter is that it's machine washable! This save so much frustration and money having to take down comforters to the dry cleaner for a silly spill. This would be great for a dorm room or kids bedroom due to is durability and ease of clean. Additionally, i've found the fabric to be very wrinkle resistant, which is great for storage and thin duvet covers.

Beautiful
I received this beautiful white king sized comforter a few days ago and it is great for my bedroom. It’s light but fluffy and soft. The only thing I noticed that could be a negative is that it came with a few pulls in the fabric. They aren’t super noticeable and there are only a few.
