Missed the mark

The sandals were perfect in what I was looking for a bit clunky hardware and comfortable. However the hardware on the sandal was off. The left shoe the chain would fall to the left, as if it wasn't secured enough. The right sandal the chain seemed like it was twisted and that was bothering me couldn't straighten it out. Too bad they are going back.
