Helps with leg cramps!
I believe this product has helped quite a bit with my nighttime leg cramps. I take three capsules every evening at bedtime.

It works for me !
Checking my records this will be my 7th bottle over the course of 2 years . I have increased from 1 capsule a day to 3 daily . At 74 I feel it has helped me stay healthy along with vitamins and supplements in my diet . I will continue using the product !

Gentle and effective - an excellent brand
My cardiologist required me to take magnesium supplements for my heart condition. My daughter recommended this one because she takes it and said it was one of the few that didn’t wreak havoc on her digestive system. I am using for two years now and have found it equally gentle and effective. I would recommend this brand of magnesium supplements.
