I was looking for Mg available as a gummy and bought this because it said raspberry flavored I did not like taste at all. I also found the consistency to be difficult to chew as it would stick to my teeth ( not dentures). I decided to buy Nature Made brand.

Definitely recommend!
I have been using this for a few months. I originally bought it to help me stay asleep. Not only do I now sleep so much better but it also helped me with constipation. Since taking it I’m a little more regular each day.

Fantastic flavor, highly effective
Loved the flavor of these gummies and they were highly effective. One NatureCraft had the same effect as two of my previous brand even though both products were the same dosage. Fewer filler ingredients perhaps? At any rate, very happy to have found this brand!
