Poor service all the way

I order a child’s makeup set for a birthday on 10/26. It was supposed to arrive on 10/24. When I hadn’t heard anything, by that date, I went to the store to check. No sign of it or information, either. Very little interest or assistance from the two employees that present. I ordered another and it was supposed to arrive on the 27th. On the 27th, nothing. Finally, it arrived on the 28th, two days after the birthday and four days after the original date. When I got it home and opened the package, it contained a food storage bowl. I tried to add photos, I guess this is another thing you don’t do well. Very disappointing for the birthday girl. This is one of the worst order on line experiences that I have had.
