where is my order

I've been waiting for my order since the second week of December and never received it, not understanding why it's taking so long. it's saying my order is still in Twinsburg Ohio since December now it's January there goes my Christmas gift for my granddaughter, not happy about this at all!!

Unable to get delivered

Very disappointed! Ordered as a Christmas gift for my niece and and due to Macy’s giving incorrect shipping information to Shipping Company, product is unable to get delivered. Called Customer Service and they refused to give approval to Shipping Company to update from my billing address to my shipping address so they could complete the delivery. They said to call back after December 20th to get a refund. Went to 3 different stores and product is sold out only available online. Ugh!
