Refunded,no need to return item,keep it...???

Why should it say like,refunded keep the item,no need to return the items,I called customer service regarding the 6pcs of duckling(color) martha stewart bath towel cause I DIDNT RECEIVE IT,so there are NO ITEMS TO KEEP,the statement make it look like that i have the items and still asked for a refund,I DIDNT ASKED FOR REFUND,in fact i asked that the MISSING ITEMS be shipped since i need it. I know i am a loyal customer of Macy's and i dont appreciate that statement,i cannot submit this review if i will not chk the i would recommend section,but honestly,i wouldnt recommend it
