disappointment

I have a 20 qt martha stewart pot similar to the 12qt and I only use it to boil water and I noticed that there are tiny spots of rust at the bottom of the pot. I want to exchange it but they don't have one available.

I bought two of this cooking pots from Macy's since I had a good number of people coming to our house. I was very disappointed because the food burnt my food and after washing them they started rusting. It is a shame after spending that kind of money you expect a pot of that value can last longer than one cooking. Unfortunately you can't return them either.

Good Price for a Big Pot

I was very pleased with this pot. I needed a pot that was large enough to feed my some what large family. I have only used the pot once to make baked macaroni and cheese. It was large enough to boil three pounds of elbow noodles with no problem. The only reason why I did not give this product five stars was because it was not as easy to clean as it is advertised, especially with the cheese in the pot (and I immediately went to washing it because we all know what happens with cooked cheese in a pot). I washed it by hand per the instructions and it took a good moment to get it clean. Also, there seem to be traces (almost like ghost images) of the elbow noodles on the bottom of the pot. Other than these two "flaws" it is a good pot for the price. I like the handles which makes the pot easy to carry as well as the lid. It can get a bit messy in appearance (meaning if you touch it too many times after you wash and dry it you will see fingerprints all over the top and the pot). But I needed a larger pot and this turned out to be pretty big and I will be using it this week to make turkey chili, so I will post a second review when I make that to let anyone that is interested how the pot holds up to that.
