Mason Cash Bowls - In The Meadow

I purchased the small In the Meadow Mason Cash bowl, along with a set of three larger In the Meadow Mason Cash bowls. The bowls are very pretty, but one bowl that was in the 3 bowl set arrived chipped. The bowls will be very pretty to use for serving, but they are too fragile to use for mixing or food preparation. They will need to be handled with care.

broke after use

I purchased this set, and I also own the in the forest set of mixing bowls. I don’t think these pieces are solid throughout. I am very careful with these, and only hand wash them. But I used the small one in the microwave to heat corn. The bottom is now laden with hairline fractures throughout. It has not fell apart yet, but it will very soon I’m sure. And even on sale the price is too high for me to replace it. These don’t feel as heavy as my other set does, and I think they’ve made them cheaper. These are beautiful, but they will only be eye candy if you get them.

Beautiful bowl.

Lovely design on outside of bowl, easy to hold; solid but not bulky. It’s great for a salad for one. I love this bowl.

Would not recommend

Bowls came cracked and were unable to exchange, once they were washed the clay turned black. Would not recommend.
