Shoes never arrived, no feedback from seller

These shoes never arrived. Yet there is a packing slip in the other shoe box stating that it did. I have written to both Macy's and the seller and uploaded pictures of what was sent and the packing slip and still nothing. If you saw the box that the other pair was sent, with no shoe box just the black shoes with paper stuffed in it, you'd know that two (2) pair of shoes could never have fit in this box in the first place.
